COLLECTION IN PERSON from BURLEYS - Free (0-3 Working Days)

1 Main Road, Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottingham, NG12 2FH.

Usual Opening hours: 9am - 5pm weekdays and 9am - 4pm Saturdays

When an order is ready for collection, a 'ready for collection' email will be sent to the email address linked to the order. Please wait until you have this email before attempting to collect. If the item(s) you ordered are in stock, they are usually ready the next, or even same day!

LOCAL DELIVERY (NG12 & NG2) - £3.95 (0-3 Working Days)

Orders will be sent to the address listed on the order. If nobody is home when we try to deliver we will leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbour. In the event where this isn't possible, we will try again on the next delivery run which is usually the next working day.

Once delivered, we will send a notification via email confirming this, if for some reason you haven’t received your order please contact us within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email so we can investigate further.

If no correspondence is received after the 7 day period we will mark the order as fulfilled and move it to our archives.

LOCAL DELIVERY (NG11, NG13 & NG14) - £4.95 (0-3 Working Days)

Orders will be sent to the address listed on the order.

SCHOOL COLLECTION - Free (0-5 Working Days)

Uniform orders will be delivered to the corresponding schools reception during term time on a weekly basis (usually Friday) for parents to collect. A 'ready for collection' email will be sent to the email address linked to the order. Please contact the school for information regarding opening hours. The schools this applies to are:

  • Bilsthorpe Flying High Academy, Crompton Rd, Bilsthorpe, Newark, NG22 8PS.

  • St Patrick's Voluntary Catholic Academy, 2 Coronation Ave, Nottingham, NG11 7AB.
  • The Flying High Academy, Somersall St, Mansfield, NG19 6EW.
